But, I do feel your pain in a smaller way. I have not made any new friends in Iowa that I see outside of work. So, Randy and I are friendless unless Illinois crowds head our way. I want you to know that seriously, not once, do we all get together without you being mentioned. We miss you up here. I definitely miss my amazing partner in crime and will always see our friendship as amazing. It stinks that the distance made it impossible for our friendship to hold the same place. Transitions really do change the friend pool and physical distance is the biggest barrier to cross. Especially distance that is far enough apart that a quick trip is impossible. I still want to visit so bad! But, I just can't get that much time off. Anyways, I didn't want to get all personal on your comment, but I want to say I feel your pain and that I've been in denial about my friend situation in the same way. I miss our ridiculous adventures :-) Just remember that you are still very, very loved up here and you and Matt are regular topics of coversation.
